Function
Improves mobility and flexibility in your calves hamstrings and back while you stretch before or after working out.  
Instructions
Lift your leg and base it on the rail of the stretcher.
Bend forward trying to stretch your leg, arms and back as efficiently as possible.
Change the leg and repeat the action.
